Refund Policy – SynergyIT

At SynergyIT, we provide digital software products and subscription-based cybersecurity solutions. Because these are delivered electronically and instantly, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and protection for both parties.
1. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund only under the following circumstances:
- You did not receive the product or activation key within the promised timeframe.
- The activation key is invalid or not working.
- The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds cannot be issued in the following cases:
- If the activation key has already been delivered and used.
- Incorrect product purchased by the customer.
- Compatibility issues with your device (customer responsibility).
- Change of mind after receiving the product.
- Customer fails to follow installation or activation instructions.
- Issues caused by third-party software or systems.
3. Delivery Issues
Most products are delivered instantly. However, if you have not received your order within 24 hours, you may request support or assistance. A refund may be issued only if:
- The product was not delivered even after contacting customer support.
- No response was received within the expected timeframe.
4. Replacement Before Refund
In cases where the activation key does not work, we will first attempt to provide:
- A new activation key
- A replacement product
Refunds are issued only if the replacement also fails.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
If a customer initiates a chargeback without contacting us first, SynergyIT reserves the right to:
- Block access to future purchases
- Restrict support services
- Submit evidence to the payment processor
6. Processing Time for Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
