SynergyIT specializes in delivering digital cybersecurity products and software licenses. All our products are delivered electronically, ensuring instant and secure access for our customers.
1. Digital Delivery Only
SynergyIT does not ship any physical products. All orders are delivered via:
- Email (Activation Key + Download Link)
- Customer Dashboard (If applicable)
- Instant On-Screen Delivery (for selected products)
2. Delivery Timeframe
Most digital products are delivered instantly after successful payment. However, in some cases, delivery may take:
- Up to 15 minutes — Automated Delivery
- Up to 1 hour — Manual Processing
- Up to 24 hours — Verification Required
If your order has not arrived after 24 hours, please contact our support team.
3. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, customers will receive:
- A confirmation email with order details
- Delivery email containing the software license/activation key
- Instructions for installation and activation
4. Incorrect Email Address
SynergyIT is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses entered during checkout. If you made a mistake, contact our support team immediately so we can resend your order.
5. Failed Delivery / Email Not Received
If you do not receive your digital product, check:
- Spam/Junk Folder
- Promotions/Updates Tab (Gmail)
- Your email filters
- If your mailbox is full
If still not received, contact us and we will resend your order at no extra cost.
6. International Delivery
Because our products are digital, we deliver worldwide without restrictions. No additional fees apply for international customers.
